HEChange is glad to present you the official program for the Welcoming Week of the winter 2010! We are preparing incredible activities and many surprises... New friends, unforgettable moments and guarantied fun are on our schedule! Don’t miss this unique opportunity!

 

PACKAGE A

 

Ø  Pick-up at the airport (January 2nd only) ;

Ø  One night at the hotel upon arrival on January 2nd (Quadruple occupancy, 2 beds per room) ;

Ø  Fun outdoor activity of tube slides at «Mont St-Sauveur» ;

Ø  Ice skating on outdoor rink in the wonderful Old Port of Montreal ;

Ø  The «Quebec» night, during which you will discover the culture of our people by trying out different meals and typical beverages from here, listening to local music and much more!

Ø  A relaxing night in a luxurious Nordic spa ;

Ø  Many parties in some of the best bars and clubs of the metropolis!!

Ø  A welcoming dinner at «St-Hubert» where you will meet the entire HEChange team ;

Ø  Another dinner at the famous «Cage aux Sports» of the Bell Center, where the Montreal Canadians (our local hockey team) play many of their games during the hockey season. You will even be able to watch a match on TV during dinner!

Ø  A SURPRISE activity!!!

Ø  The possibility of participating in the buddy system, where you will be paired up with a student of HEC Montréal who will help you integrate yourself at school and facilitate your arrival in Montreal ;

Ø  The official T-shirt of the committee HEChange ;

Ø  A CD including a multitude of photos taken during your stay in Montreal, as well as a video of the best moments that defined your exchange in Montreal ;

Ø  A souvenir album (yearbook) in which you will find all of the exchange students having been on exchange with you in Montreal ;

Ø  All of this for only 255$ taxes included.

 

PACKAGE B

 

Ø  This package includes exactly the same activities as listed in PACKAGE A, but there is *no pick-up at the airport or night at the hotel.*

Ø  All of this for only 215$ taxes included.
